The Avalon Youth Football and Cheerleading Association was established in 2001.
Avalon is a proud member of Pop Warner. Our goal is to have a youth program that benefits all participants, teaching good sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork and self disipline through football and cheerleading.

The following documents are required by each player at Equipment Pick-up:
- Original
2013 Pop Warner Physical Fitness & Medical History Form. Physical
must have been completed in 2013. (Must be on Pop Warner Physical
Form)
- Original 2013 Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- 3 Copies of 2012-2013 Final Report Card (Must be full year report card)
- Wallet size picture
- Parent and Player Avalon Code of Conduct
- Registration Fee - Balance paid in full
