  9:00 am - Midgets                12:00 pm - Jr. Pee Wees

10:00 am - Jr. Midgets            1:00 pm - Mitey Mites

11:00 am - Pee Wees                2:00 pm - Tiny Mites

In order to receive equipment, you must have the following:

1. Child and a Parent present

2. Balance paid in full

3. All required paperwork completed:

     Copy of Birth Certificate

     Original Pop Warner Medical Form (Physical must be in 2008)

     Original 2008 Player Contract

     Final 2007-2008 Report Card - 3 copies (Must be for full year)

     Wallet size picture (Must be a recent picture)

Flag Football and Cheer registration will be Monday, August 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Timber Creek High School football field. Ages are 6 to 8 and 9 to 11. Cost is $90.00.

We currently have openings for our Tiny Mite Cheer and Pee Wee Cheer teams. (Tiny Mite is 1st and 2nd grade and Pee Wee is 6th Grade for 2008-2009 school year).

REGISTRATION FOR TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEER WAS HELD ON MAY 3, 2008. If you would like to register, please complete the registration form above and mail it to the address on the Contact Us page. DO NOT SEND MONEY. You will be notified if a spot is available and will need to send a deposit at that time.  YOU MUST LIVE IN THE TIMBER CREEK HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT TO REGISTER.

Registration fee for the 2008 season is $175.00.
