AVALON WILL NOT BE OFFERING FLAG FOOTBALL AND FLAG CHEER THIS FALL.

OPEN REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2009 TACKLE SEASON WAS HELD ON MAY 9. If you would like to register your child, please complete the Registration Form above and mail to the address on the Contact US page. DO NOT SEND A CHECK as you will be notified if we have open spots available.    

If you are interested in being a Head Cheer Coach or Assistant Cheer Coach for the Fall 2009 season, please complete the attached form and send to coachshawna1@aol.com.  Volunteer Form

EQUIPMENT PICK-UP WILL BE SATURDAY, JULY 18, 2009 at Timber Creek High School Gym.

Times are as follows:

  9:00 am – Midgets                            11:00 am – Pee Wees                          1:00 pm – Mitey Mites

10:00 am – Jr. Midgets                       12:00 pm – Jr. Pee Wees                     2:00 pm – Tiny Mites               

You MUST have the following to receive equipment:

1. Child and a Parent present

2. Original Pop Warner Physical form. Physical must have been completed in 2009

3. Original Participant Contract

4. Copy of Birth Certificate

5. 3 copies of Final Report Card (Must be full year report card)

6. Wallet size picture

7. Parent and Player Code of Conduct

8. Balance paid in full

FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE WILL BE AUGUST 1, 2009.
